• Shipping: Betabrand offers standard shipping (6-10 business days) and expedited shipping (2-4 business days) for domestic orders. International orders may take up to 30 business days. Possible delays due to warehouse issues since October 2023.
• Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS handle deliveries, with USPS used for most domestic orders.
• Returns: Domestic orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. International orders are limited to returns only. Betabrand offers free returns through its Returns Portal or via Happy Returns.
