Returns & Refund Policy

Michael Kors accepts returns of new, unworn items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of shipment. Returns are accepted in-store or by mail, with a full refund offered for mail returns accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. However, certain items such as swimwear, underwear, custom products, and clearance items are ineligible for return.
