Shipping & Delivery Policy

For those seeking quicker delivery, they offer Express (2-4 days) and Priority (2-3 days) shipping options for an additional fee. However, it's important to note that expedited or overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed for P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes. It is recommended that customers in these areas opt for standard shipping for the most reliable service.

Certain items, such as aerosols, contain hazardous materials and are restricted from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Additionally, deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require up to 45 days for delivery.

For their international customers, they offer shipping to several countries with a standard shipping fee of $30. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days. It's essential to be aware that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during shipping.

Please note that self-care items and footwear cannot be shipped internationally, and they do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Returns & Refund Policy

Lululemon provides complimentary returns within 30 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase date. Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund; however, Lululemon members have the option to receive a store credit or exchange. Online orders can be returned to the nearest store or via mail using a free prepaid label. It's important to remember that exchanges are only applicable for in-store returns. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

In the event of quality issues beyond the 30-day return period, customers can request a Performance Return for select products. Each Performance Return request undergoes a case-by-case evaluation to determine eligibility for return, excluding instances of normal wear and tear.
